The Cred4Teach project aims to respond to the needs of higher education institutions in Montenegro, Albania and Ukraine for quality, responsible, inclusive, flexible training based on different competencies for teachers of all levels, as well as in all sectors of education.
The solution offered by this project is based on the creation of various MOOC (Massive Open Online Course) short training programs, so-called. micro-credentials, so that the teaching staff in the target countries have better opportunities for further professional development.
The project started on June 1, 2023 and will end on May 31, 2026. During the first year, the following activities were carried out:
- MOOC designer training was conducted
- Training for upskilled micro-credential developers was held
- National agencies have developed framework proposals for the development of micro-credentials
- Drafting of proposals for institutional frameworks for the development of micro-credentials has begun.
