As part of the Erasmus+ project “Enhancing Cybersecurity in the Higher Education System of Montenegro” (CSupMNE), AKOKVO representatives Danica Korać, Senior Advisor for Public Relations, and Nevena Boričić, Senior Advisor for Finance, participated in a training program held at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, University of Maribor.
During the two-day program, participants had the opportunity to learn about tools and methods for identifying cyberattacks, appropriate responses to such attacks, and the role of professional codes and ethics in strengthening cybersecurity. Lectures were delivered by faculty members from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science: Assist. Prof. Dr. Lili Nemec Zlatolas, Prof. Dr. Marko Holbl, and Prof. Dr. Tatjana Welzer Družovec.
As part of the visit, a tour of the Faculty was organized, during which participants were introduced to laboratories and ongoing research projects.
Participation in this training contributed to the enhancement of knowledge and capacities in the field of digital security, further strengthening the institutional response to the growing challenges in the digital environment.
In addition to the ACQAHE representatives, the training was also attended by representatives from the Ministry of Education, Science and Innovation, the Chamber of Economy of Montenegro, the University of Montenegro, the University of Donja Gorica, the University of Mediterranean, and the Institute of Modern Technologies of Montenegro.
