A working meeting was held in the Agency for Control and Quality Assurance of Higher Education, on Thursday, March 18, 2021., regarding the accreditation procedure of summer schools, which will be implemented through the project „Strengthening internationalization at Montenegrin universities through effective strategic planning – IESP“. The meeting was attended by representatives of the Agency and representatives of the Faculty of Maritime Studies from Kotor.
The obligation of the University of Montenegro, through the IESP project, is the organization of two summer schools, during the project. Representatives of the Faculty of Maritime Studies presented the draft and working version of the summer school, which should be organized during the fall of 2021.
Representatives of the Agency presented the legal framework and procedure for accreditation of lifelong learning programs, as well as the time frame in which the Agency conducts the accreditation procedure for these programs.
The project “Strengthening internationalization at Montenegrin universities through effective strategic planning – IESP” is aimed at improving the international competitiveness and visibility of Montenegrin universities. The project is coordinated by the University of Montenegro, and one of the partners is the Agency for Control and Quality Assurance of Higher Education.
