Director of the Agency for Control and Quality Assurance of Higher Education

Goran Danilović

 

 

Goran Danilović was born on January 5, 1971. He graduated from the Faculty of Philosophy in Nikšić, at the Department of Philosophy where he acquired the title of Graduate Professor of Philosophy. In June 2023 he was appointed to the position of Director of the Agency for Control and Quality Assurance of Higher Education. He is a former Member of the Parliament of Montenegro (2016-2020) and Minister of the Interior of Montenegro since 2016. Prior to his position as Minister of the Interior, he was a Member of the Parliament of Montenegro (2001-2016).

He was a member of the Committee on International Relations and Emigrants (2012-2016), Deputy Chairman of the Security and Defense Committee of the Parliament of Montenegro for a one-year term, member of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly (2009-2015). He was also a member of the Security and Defense Committee of the Parliament of Montenegro (2006-2012) and a candidate for the mayor of Podgorica in 2006. He started his career as a journalist at the National Public Broadcaster ‘RTCG’ (1996-1998) initially as an associate journalist and later as an editorial journalist. He is one of the founders of ‘Radio Svetigora,’ deputy editor (1998-1999) and editor of the renewed daily newspaper ‘Glas Crnogorca’ (1999-2001).

He is the author of travel TV reports in the field of culture and spirituality – ‘Sveta Gora’ (Mount Athos) 1998, ‘Istorija Pravoslavlja’ (History of Orthodoxy) 2000, ‘Putevima Istoka/Kapadokija’ (Roads of the East/Cappadocia) 2000. He was the editor-in-chief of the largest multimedia project in Southeast Europe ‘Kosovo i Metohija lice Evrope’ (Kosovo and Metohija the Face of Europe), advisor on the project ‘Srbija zemlja sporta’ (Serbia, Country of Sports), advisor on the project ‘100 godina ponosa i slave’ (100 Years of Pride and Glory ) in 2013. He is the author of the collections of poems: ‘Riječi i reči’, ‘Drhtaj u prutu’ and ‘Lunavo’. He is the father of two children; he speaks Russian.


Deputy Director in the quality control sector

Tamara Đuričković, PhD

 

 

Tamara Đuričković was born in 1980 in Podgorica. She completed primary and secondary school in Podgorica. She graduated from the Faculty of Economics, University of Montenegro, and received her master’s degree from the Faculty of Organizational Sciences, University of Belgrade. She defended her doctoral dissertation on the topic “Measuring the digital development of Montenegro using the example of eGovernment services” at the Faculty of Economics in Podgorica in 2016.

At the Faculty of Economics of the University of Montenegro, she worked as a teaching assistant in the group of IT subjects from 2004-2016. At the same time, in the period from 2007-2009 she worked as an adviser in the Cabinet of the Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Policy, in the Government of Montenegro and in the period 2009-2010 she managed the sector for the development of e-government in the Ministry of Information Society in the Government of Montenegro.

In the Agency for Control and Quality Assurance of Higher Education, she started working in the quality control sector in 2018. She was appointed as Deputy Director in the quality control sector in September 2023.

She participated in the work of a large number of conferences in the fields of digital economy and quality assurance in higher education. She is the author and co-author of a significant number of scientific papers. She is a member of project teams and working groups in the field of higher education. She is the co-author of the book “Digital Economy – we already know something, we sense something and we are still not aware of something!”.

Milica Kavedžić

 

 

Milica Kavedžić was born on November 10, 1989, in Podgorica, where she graduated from elementary school and high school with the “Luča” Award. She studied at the Faculty of Economics in Podgorica, and as a scholar of the Austrian government, she spent part of her studies at the Vienna University of Economics and Business. She graduated in 2012 and received an Award from the Faculty of Economics for being the Best student in a generation. The following year, in 2013, the Rector of the University of Montenegro awarded her with the Award for the Best student in the field of Social Sciences. After completing her studies, as a scholar of the German governmental organization “DAAD”, she continued her education at the German Language Institute „Deutch in Deutschland “ in Berlin.

She started her work engagement as a participant in the first generation of the Governmental Vocational Education and Training Program for higher education graduates in the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Policy and Financial System at the Government of Montenegro. In 2013, she attended a one-month training module for young leaders in developing countries at the “CELAP” Academy in Shanghai, China.

In 2015, she was engaged as a PR of the Pavilion of Montenegro at the World Exhibition Expo in Milan, Italy.

In 2018, she started working as an Advisor for International Relations at the Agency for Control and Quality Assurance of Higher Education. In September 2023, she was appointed by the Government of Montenegro as the Deputy Director of the Department for Quality Assurance and Research at the Agency. She is the representative of Montenegro in the Bologna Follow-up Group (BFUG) which monitors developments in the Bologna Process. She prepares applications and participates in the implementation of the projects from available EU funds.

He speaks English, Russian, German and Italian.
