In accordance with Article 42 of the Law on Higher Education (“Official Gazette of Montenegro”, No. 44/2014, 52/2014 – corrected, 47/2015, 40/2016, 42/2017, 71/2017, 55/2018, 3/2019, 17/2019, 47/2019, 72/2019, 74/2020, 104/2021, 86/2022 and 125/2023), as well as Rules on the procedure for reaccreditation of higher education institution number: : 01-607/23-409/1 from November 22nd, 2023, the Agency for Control and Quality Assurance of Higher Education adopted a plan for the reaccreditation of higher education institutions.
The plan envisages that in 2025 the Agency will carry out the reaccreditation procedure for the following institutions of higher education:
- University of Donja Gorica
- Faculty of business and tourism Budva, Adriatic University
- Faculty of transportation, communication and logistics Budva, Adriatic University
- Maritime Faculty Bar, Adriatic University
- Faculty of Mediterranean Business Studies, Tivat, Adriatic University
