The Agency for Control and Quality Assurance of Higher Education, on September 8, 2025, issued a Decision on the reaccreditation of the Faculty of Maritime Studies and Tourism – Bar.
The institution was evaluated by an independent expert commission, consisting of:
- Prof. Dr. Joško Dvornik, Faculty of Maritime Affairs, University of Split – President of the Commission,
- Prof. Dr. Bojana Kalenjuk Pivarski, Faculty of Science and Mathematics, University of Novi Sad – member of the Commission,
- Prof. Dr. Maja Nastić, Faculty of Law, University of Niš – member of the Commission,
- Sanja Mijušković, Hipotekarna banka AD Podgorica – member of the Commission as an expert in the area of the labor market,
- Jelena Ružić, PhD student at the Faculty of Engineering, University of Belgrade – student member of the Commission.
At the Faculty of Maritime Studies and Tourism – Bar, the following basic academic study programs are offered:
- Nautical
- Marine engineering
- Port management
- Marine electrical engineering
- Tourism
The main activity of the Faculty of Maritime Studies – and Tourism Bar is the training and improvement of students in the fields of maritime and tourism management.
