On March 15, 2023, AKOKVO representatives attended an online meeting organized by the Central and Eastern European Network of Quality Assurance Agencies (CEENQA). The meeting was an opportunity to get acquainted with the work of the Agency for Development of Higher Education and Quality Assurance of Bosnia and Herzegovina (HEA), to review the challenges HEA faces, as well as to get acquainted with HEA’s instruments for improving the work process.
This was an opportunity for CEENQA members to get acquainted with the digital platform and the manual used by the HEA in order to organize training for experts in the evaluation process as effectively as possible.
