The Agency for Control and Quality Assurance of Higher Education approved on August 28, 2023, the issuance of a certificate of reaccreditation of the Faculty of Philology at the University of Donja Gorica.
It was established by an independent expert commission, whose composition consisted of Vladimir Drekalović, Ph.D., from the Faculty of Philosophy of the University of Montenegro, in the capacity of President of the Commission, Vesna Tripković-Samardžić, Ph.D., from the Faculty of Foreign Languages of the Mediterranean University, Nikola Bjelić, Ph.D., from the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Niš, and Domagoj Švigir, M.Sc., from the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Zagreb, who were members of the Commission.
The vision of the Faculty of Philology and the study programs of basic and master studies conducted at the faculty is to enable the observance of the highest academic standards and the acquisition of skills in the field of science through narrow and broad linguistic education, scientific research work and participation in the conversation of the social community. The goal of the English Language and Literature study program is to enable students to acquire knowledge and skills in the field of linguistics and literature.
