Innovated forms for implementing external evaluation procedures

At its meeting held on 29 June 2026, the Agency’s Management Board adopted the innovated forms used in the procedures for external quality assurance of higher education.

The following forms have been innovated:

  • Application form for accreditation of a study programme;
  • Study programme accreditation report form;
  • Self-evaluation report form of a higher education institution with criteria;
  • Reaccreditation report form of a higher education institution with instructions.

The innovation of the forms was implemented within the framework of the Erasmus+ project “Development, Monitoring, Recognition and Digitalization of Extracurricular Activities at the University Level (DTRD-ECA)”, in which the Agency participates as a partner institution. The changes relate to the introduction of criteria for evaluating the conditions for providing and implementing extracurricular activities of students, thereby further improving the system of external quality assurance of higher education.

Before determining the final texts of the forms, the Agency conducted consultations with higher education institutions on the proposed changes. After considering the submitted proposals and comments, the innovative forms were prepared and submitted to the Agency’s Management Board for decision.

The Management Board assessed that the adoption of the innovative forms represents an important step in further improving the quality assurance system of higher education, especially through the systematic evaluation of students’ extracurricular activities.

The innovative forms are available on the Agency’s website.
