On Thursday, November 9th, at the premises of the Agency, a meeting with representatives of the National Erasmus+ Office in Montenegro was held on the topic of intensifying cooperation between the two institutions, both on the topic of the Agency’s participation in the next Erasmus+ calls for capacity building, as well as on the topic of intensifying the dialogue within the framework of the Team for Higher Education Reform (HERE).
The meeting was led by Milica Kavedžić, Deputy Director of the Agency and Vanja Drljević, Director of the National Erasmus+ Office, with their colleagues.
Bearing in mind that the Agency represents a vital partner within ongoing structural projects of capacity building in higher education, the meeting was an opportunity to present the former Agency’s project activities, and to discuss the possibilities for applying for new calls.
Additionally, during the meeting, the representatives of the National Erasmus+ Offices got acquainted with the recently published official translation of the “Rome Communiqué” and its annexes, as well as with the activities of the Agency within the Bologna Folow-up Group (BFUG), especially considering the fact that the activities of BFUG are strongly linked to the activities of the Higher Education Reform Expert Team (HERE) which is coordinated by the National Erasmus+ Office.
In the end, the two parties concluded that it is important to continue the dialogue and good cooperation between the two institutions in order to implement Erasmus+ projects in the best possible manner, as well as to intensify dialogue within the “HERE” Team, providing the Agency with an opportunity to make a contribution to reforms in the higher education system in Montenegro.
