In accordance with Article 42 of the Law on Higher Education (“Official Gazette of Montenegro”, No. 44/2014, 52/2014 – corrected, 47/2015, 40/2016, 42/2017, 71/2017, 55/2018, 3/2019, 17/2019, 47/2019, 72/2019, 74/2020 and 104/2021), as well as Rules on the procedure for reaccreditation of higher education institutions number: 01-630/19-55/1 from March 26th, 2019, the Agency for Control and Quality Assurance of Higher Education adopted a plan for the reaccreditation of higher education institutions.
The plan envisages that in 2024 the Agency will carry out the reaccreditation procedure for the following institutions of higher education:
- Mediterranean University
- Faculty of Business Economics and Law Bar, Adriatic University
- Faculty of Montenegrin Language and Literature
- Faculty of State and European Studies
- Faculty of Business Management Bar
