The Agency for Control and Quality Assurance of Higher Education approved on October 14, 2025, the issuance of a certificate of accreditation of the doctoral academic study program entitled “Architecture and urbanism” within the Faculty of Architecture Podgorica at the University of Montenegro.
The program was evaluated by an independent expert commission, whose composition consisted of prof. Dr. Nenad Vušović from the Technical Faculty in Bor, University of Belgrade, in the capacity of President of the Commission, prof. Dr. Ivana Miličević from the Faculty of Civil Engineering, University of J.J. Strossmayer in Osijek and prof. Dr. Vitomir Racić from the Faculty of Civil Engineering, University of Belgrade, who were members of the Commission.
The doctoral study program “Architecture and Urbanism” ensures a high degree of expertise and ability for independent research and development of new scientific knowledge, and is in accordance with the standards and qualifications required for conducting scientific research and professional work at the international level. The program allows students independence in research work, development of scientific and research abilities, then contribution to solving specific problems and the role of the doctor of science in the development of the profession.
